Have a mental illness but have limited or no access to mental health services, feeling isolated and alone. You’re not alone! So come along for a coffee and a chat and meet new people. A peer-to-peer support group of like-minded individuals who understand what it’s like to live with mental illness.
So come alone for a free coffee and stick around for a board game or conversation it’s what works for you.
Creative Crafting

Our Creative crafting session is a space for you to bring your own project, try something new, join in whatever is demonstrated, or just sit and watch and chat. The creative process is an important activity in improving your personal and mental well-being but more important is being around people.
We encourage group members who are skilled in any craft technique to share their experienced with the group when they are ready by doing a demonstration of their skill.
