🌿 About the Group

What is the Trowbridge Service Users Group (TSUG)?

We’re a peer-support mental health group focused on reducing isolation and loneliness while building a community of support. Based on the clubhouse day hospital model, we provide a safe space where members can connect, create, or simply be.

Who can attend the sessions at TSUG?

Anyone living with a mental health condition in and around Trowbridge is welcome.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed — we’re self-referral. Come along, share what you’re comfortable with, and bring support if needed. We respect your privacy and know that opening up takes time.

Is there a cost to attend?

All our sessions are free. If you can, feel free to drop a coin or two in our donation pot, or use our online link to help cover costs.

Where are you located?

📍 The Cabin, Seymour Rd, Trowbridge, BA14 8LX (Portacabin on the park opposite Palmer Rd)

💚 Accessibility & Support

Is TSUG suitable for people with neurodiverse needs?

Absolutely! Our founder is neurodivergent and lives with mental health challenges too. We are a peer-support community built on lived experience.

Do you provide one-to-one support?

We offer informal peer-level one-to-one chats to help you identify your needs or signpost to services. We are not counsellors but we do care.

☕ Getting Involved

How can I volunteer or support TSUG?

We welcome micro-volunteers — just turn up, chat, help make drinks, and stay as long as you can. We’re also exploring future paid and reimbursed roles.

Can I donate?

Yes, please! Use the Donate Now button above or the pot at our sessions. Every contribution helps keep the group running.

💰 Funding & Costs

Does TSUG receive any funding?

We’ve had local grants and council funding in the past, and we’re working towards long-term funding to secure our future for the next decade.
