This year we were invited to Annual Mayor’s Civic Service held in St James Church, Trowbridge on Sunday 14th July 2024 at 6:30pm which were followed by light refreshments in the Council Chamber with the Mayor at the Civic Centre, St Stephens Place, Trowbridge.
We received 2 invitations, one from The St James Trust and one from Trowbridge Town Council both to collect grants that will insure that Trowbridge Service Users Group can continue to provide mental health peer support and friendship.
Trowbridge Service Users Group would like to Thank the Mayor Stephen Cooper, Trowbridge Town Council and The St James Trust for your generous Grants.
The grants will be used to ensure that the is a safe instant access to mental health support in Trowbridge, with our Monday night social (tonight 5pm till 8pm) our Tuesday drop-in / quite session (10 till 12) and our arts and craft session (Thursday 10 till 2) and our garden project.
These grants will be used to continue to support those living with #mentalillness in and around #trowbridgewiltshire and add the spectacular news of Being shortlisted for the Creative Lives Awards 2024! Creative Lives champions everyday creativity and celebrates groups making a difference in people’s lives.
