Trowbridge, United Kingdom – Trowbridge Service Users Group (TSUG) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Monday night mental health support group. The group aims to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals in Trowbridge and the surrounding areas who are living with mental health conditions.
The Monday night mental health support group is open to anyone who is interested in attending, and there is no need to register in advance. The group will meet every Monday from 5 pm to 8:30 pm at the The Cabin, Seymour Rd Trowbridge (see Map).
The support group will be facilitated by experienced mental health professionals, who will provide guidance and support to individuals who are struggling with their mental health. The group will offer a range of activities and discussions, including mindfulness meditation, stress management, coping strategies, and peer support.
TSUG is a community-led group that represents the interests of individuals who use mental health services in Trowbridge and the surrounding areas. The group aims to empower service users to have a voice in shaping mental health services in the region.
The Monday night mental health support group is the latest initiative from TSUG, which has a track record of providing valuable support and resources to individuals living with mental health conditions in the Trowbridge area.
